Every summer, the Japanese night sky is filled with fireworks that give people yet another excuse to get together and drink some beers in public. These are pictures of those fireworks and the people I saw them with.

In February 2010, Rubio's World Tour 2010 brought the Rubio-Canales (along with some of the extended family) to the coasts of Japan. With them, we visited (a bit) of Tokyo (most of it they saw on their own), and we made a small tour around Kanazawa.

Without any other reason to celebrate than the fact that we were there, Kickty, Koto and I went to Oshima, were we were later joined by Mayumi, Hasshi, Migi and Yoko to complete the bunch.
